AtlasRTX (collectively “we” or “us” or “our”) operates websites including https://www.atlasrtx.com, https://app.atlasrtx.com, https://stage.atlasrtx.com, https://dev.atlasrtx.com, and the AtlasRTX mobile app (henceforth referred to as our “Services”). It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our Services. Your privacy is extremely important to us. At AtlasRTX, we operate according to the following basic principles:
We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services.
This Policy details our commitment to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our websites (“Website Visitors”), who use our Services (“Clients”), or who register to attend or attend other events at which AtlasRTX is present (“Attendees”), as a sponsor, participant or otherwise.
In this Policy, “Clients”, as the term is used herein, shall refer to an individual or an entity that has agreed to a SaaS Order Form for use of our Services.
SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
In addition to the Services that link to this Policy, this Policy applies to the AtlasRTX Software-as-a-Service platform, which allows Clients to engage leads and Clients using chatbots and messaging.
Information We Collect
When you visit our Website or use our Service you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you actively choose to disclose, information voluntarily provided within the Service, and non-personally identifiable information collected, in a way not visible to you, on an aggregate basis as you and others use our Services. Together these two types of information are collectively referred to as “Client Information.”
For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Information shall mean information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Our Services may contain links to other websites or online locations that are not operated or controlled by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. The information practices and the content of such other websites are governed by the privacy statements of such other websites. Website Visitors should always review the privacy statements of any such other websites to understand their information practices. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Information You Provide To Us
We ask for and collect personal information about you such as your name, address, phone number, email address, as well as certain related information like your company name and website name, when you or your organization registers for an account to access or utilize any of our Services . We also ask for and collect personal information such as an email address and a name or alias from any individual that you authorize to log into and utilize our Services in connection with your Client Information, as defined above. By voluntarily providing us with Client Information, you affirm that you are the owner of such personal data or are otherwise authorized to provide it to us.
OTHER INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO US
We ask for and collect personal information from you when you submit web forms through our Services or as you use interactive features of the Services, including content downloads, demo participation, participation in surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, requesting client support, or communicating with us.
We ask for and collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email address when you register for or attend a sponsored event or other events at which any member of AtlasRTX participates.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allow web servers to recognize the computer used to access a website. They are small pieces of data that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive to enable our systems to recognize your browser, simplify subsequent interactions with our website and make your use of the Website more efficient.
We partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on our Services and other sites in order to suggest advertisements based upon your browsing activities and interests.
Our Services, email or other electronic communications we send to you may use web beacons, tags and scripts to assist us in delivering cookies, counting visits to our websites, understanding usage and campaign effectiveness and determining whether an email has been opened and acted upon. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by our third-party service providers on an individual and aggregated basis. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS AND SIMILAR MECHANISMS
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to websites with which the browser communicates. Our Services do not currently respond to these “do-not-track” signals.
When you use our Services, we collect analytics information to help us improve those and future Services. We may also share anonymous data about your actions on our Services with third-party service providers of analytics services.
Consistent with most services delivered over the Internet, we gather certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our Services. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses as well as browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, device, operating system, date/time stamp, information you search for, locale and language preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information. Occasionally, we connect personal information to information gathered in our log files as necessary to improve our Services. In such a case, we would treat the combined information in accordance with this Policy.

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
The Services include social media features, such as the Twitter Tweet This button, and widgets, such as the Share This button that run on our Services. These features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly by our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the companies that provide them.
INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We may also obtain other information, including personal information, from third parties and combine that with the information we collect through our Services. For example, we may have access to certain information from a third party social media or authentication service if you log into our Services through such a service or otherwise provide us with access to information from the service. Any access that we may have to such information from a third party social media or authentication service is in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by that service.
By authorizing us to connect with a third party service, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address(es), current city, profile picture URL, and other personal information that the third party service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. Check your privacy settings on these third party services to understand and change the information sent to us through these services.
CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
Only individuals age 18 years or older have permission to access our Services. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through our Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us through our Services, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from Children without verification of parental consent, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information.
Security Of Information Collected
We secure your Client Information, electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within the Services by using commercially reasonable, industry-standard measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, or accidental loss, disclosure or destruction thereof. Please be aware that even excellent security measures may fail to prevent computer hacking or other breaches of security, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
Further, our postings on websites and other communications you may have with us via email or regular mail may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures are in place prior to your sending information. Therefore, if you choose to communicate with us through these means, you are assuming the risk of doing so and we request that you do not send or post sensitive information through said means.
Clients of our Services are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements or other obligations, relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the use of our Services by individuals with whom our Clients interact. If you are an individual who interacts with a Client using our Services, then you will be directed to contact our Subscriber for assistance with any requests or questions relating to your personal information.
We collect information under the direction of our Clients, and have no direct relationship with individuals whose personal information we process in connection with the use of our Services. If you are an individual who interacts with a Client using our Services (such as a client of one of our Clients) and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our Services, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our Services. Transfers to subsequent third parties for these purposes are governed by the Service Terms and Conditions with our Clients.
How We Use The Information That We Collect
We use the information we collect about you to, among other uses:
Deliver, improve and market our Services

Provide Client service and support

If you choose to refer someone to our products and services, we will ask you for that person’s name and email address. We may send email inviting that person to visit our websites and will store this information for the purpose of sending these initial emails, tracking the success of our referral program and other marketing activities. SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNITY FORUMS
Our Services may offer publicly accessible blogs, social media properties, community forums, comments sections or other interactive features. You should be aware that any information that you post in any of these areas might be read, collected, and used by others who access it. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Updating Or Deleting Your Information

Clients of our Services may access, update, change or have removed from our systems and records the Personal Information provided to us by emailing a request to email@example.com for more detailed instructions. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating or removing your information. Requests to access, change, or remove your information will be handled within thirty (30) days.
An individual who seeks access to, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccuracies in personal information stored or processed by us on behalf of a Client should directly contact the Client who controls that data. Upon receipt of a request from one of our Clients for us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within thirty (30) days. We will retain personal information that we store and process on behalf of our Clients for at least as long as needed to provide the Services to our Clients. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you are a Client or otherwise provide us with personal information in connection with your use of our Services, we will delete this information upon your request, provided that, notwithstanding such request, this information may be retained for as long as you maintain an account for our Services, or as needed to provide you with our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
EU-US Privacy Shield
Under certain limited and prescribed circumstances and conditions, you have the right to invoke a binding arbitration process between you and us to resolve a dispute related to our collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information. In compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles, we commit to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your Personal Information.
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ONWARD TRANSFER
If we transfer your Personal Information to another country, we may remain liable and will take appropriate measures to protect your privacy and the Personal Information we transfer.
We’ll take appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

TRANSFER OF EU USERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU
We may transfer your Personal Information to AtlasRTX-affiliated entities in third parties in the United States or other countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. When we transfer Personal Information of customers in the European Economic Area to any such country, we make use of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, European Commission-approved standard contractual data protection clauses, binding corporate rules, or other appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer.
