Builder Operations & Economic Reopening

Markets are reopening, sometimes whether health officials approve or not. Builders are still building in most markets and sales are happening, which means homebuilders have to operate. All builders have had to make significant changes in their operational systems and processes to adapt to the crisis regulations. Join us as we go “back of the house” and talk about ways to manage staffing, protect front-line workers, identify the most useful technologies, and create the “new normal” for how homebuilders must operate.
